We serve only the best of products that qualify as "Competition Quality".  Our menu is still small and we try our best to meet the needs of our limited customers.  However, our prices are right for the quality and service, and your tummies will be very happy .  We do not sacrifice our BBQ for production quantity or profit margins.   We only know how to cook BBQ one way...and that is to win a 1st place trophy.  (Actually, we just do this to show our friends what "real bbq" is supposed to be like) Wink  Our chicken is marinated in secret stuff, our ribs are never "par boiled", but slow smoked for 5-6 hours,  the pork butts are cooked at 225* between 10-16 hours in a light smoke, and the briskets are rubbed, rested, and loved for 12-16 hours-or however long it takes them to be perfectly tender and aquire a flavor that you will remember for a long time.
